We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Tux-USA, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase less than a 15% restocking fee. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

In order to return an item, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number, please either email us or call customer service at 1 ‪(305) 330-2190‬ during business hours (9 am - 7 pm EST).

For orders in the USA that are $199 or more, Free Shipping* is available. For orders in the USA under $198.99, shipping is a flat fee of $14.95.

*For International Order:

DHL, UPS, and USPS will charge the Carrier Fee.

Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST are scheduled to ship out the same day; orders after 3 p.m. EST will ship out the next business day.
