Refused Package Policy
In the unfortunate event of a refused package, a refuse fee of 15% along with a handling fee of $45 will be applied.
We want to be transparent about this to avoid any misunderstandings.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Tux-USA, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase less than a 15% restocking fee. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
In order to return an item, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number, please either email us or call customer service at 1 (305) 330-2190 during business hours (9 am - 7 pm EST).
Once you receive your RMA number, please include your RMA number with your returned items and send the package to:

Important: Send us the tracking number by email to sales@Tux-USA.com to record the number, without the tracking number it can take 30-40 days to issue a refund.
Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your credit card for the full product amount less the 15% restocking fee. (NOTE: we do not refund or credit shipping charges. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility). All returned items incur a 15% restocking fee. If you request a return label, we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as Face Mask products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you in 10 days once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.
